Tasks + habits + analytics in one app.
A next-generation task and habit tracker that combines intuitive design with powerful metrics. Manage to-dos, habits, fasting, diet, and progress in one place, designed to keep users motivated, not shamed.
Onboarding · social sign-in, frictionless start

Wedo started as a CEO-initiated concept: a single app to replace the patchwork of to-do, fasting, calorie, and habit trackers most people juggle. The brief, build something that feels effortless yet packs serious analytics underneath.
Team was lean: one CEO, one iOS developer, one designer (me) leading research, UX, and UI end to end.
People struggle to juggle multiple tasks and build healthy habits. Traditional to-do apps are limited and don't offer a holistic view of tasks, habits, and progress tracking, all in one place.
The challenge was combining to-do management with habit tracking (fasting, diet, calories) inside a single interface, presenting progress visually, and designing seamless onboarding so beginners aren't overwhelmed.
Competitor study, Todoist, Habitica. User interviews on lapsed habit-tracker users.
Core vs nice-to-have feature split. Design principles: simplicity, consistency, clarity.
40+ screens covering onboarding, dashboard, task views, habits, metrics, profile.
Figma prototype tested with users, iterative refinement based on feedback.
Spec + assets shipped to iOS dev for build.

“Avoiding information overload was the hardest part, Wedo had to do a lot, but feel like one thing. Gamification turned out to be the engine.
